Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
To secure an appointment, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required. The reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations
Payments made are non-refundable, as the reserved time slot is blocked in the studio schedule.
3. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original appointment time.
The new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original booking date and is subject to availability.
5. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend the appointment without prior notice, the service will be considered used and it will not be possible to reschedule or request a refund.
6. Makeup Results
At Oceania Studios we use professional techniques and high-quality products. However, every skin type, personal preference, and aesthetic perception is different.
For this reason, refunds are not provided based on personal preference regarding the final makeup result.
During the appointment, reasonable adjustments can always be made if the client would like to modify any detail.
7. On-Location Services
Services performed outside the studio may include additional travel fees, depending on the distance and preparation time required.
8. Photography & Content
Oceania Studios may take photos or videos of the final work for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
If a client prefers not to appear in public content, this must be communicated before the service begins.
9. Bridal, Events or Group Bookings
For bridal services, events, or group bookings, additional conditions may apply, such as higher deposits, specific preparation timelines, or customized agreements depending on the size and nature of the booking.
10. Changes by Oceania Studios
In the unlikely event that Oceanía Studios needs to modify or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will have the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund of the deposit.
Oceania Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
